After more than two years in the planning and construction stages, Italian food processor Andriani will open its first North American production facility in London, Ontario, from which it will produce gluten-free and plant-based foods. When construction started on the facility in January 2024, the estimated cost was $33.6 million.
The 55,000-square-foot facility sits on five acres in London’s Innovation Park and will contribute to the city’s reputation as a food innovation and advanced manufacturing hub. The facility will employ 42 or more workers.
